Mango Marshmallow Cake from 21Carrots, I've only tried marshmallows and chocolate from them but this week we decided to try their cake..
The Cake is generously decorated with fresh mango slices, sprinkled with bits of pistachio, and kisses of mango flavoured marshmallows around the edges.
The inside of the cake featured multiple layers of fluffly sweet cream which almost tasted like icecream, cake and chunks of frozen mango ..
The overall taste of the cake is heavenly, the mixture of flavours together were just right ..
The only downside the frozen mango bits or maybe it was intentional to give the cake a more summery feel? Other than that it was a hit among adults and kids <3
