For a start I'm not a big fan of dates, so whenever someone suggests to try out something made out of dates I just shy away from this suggestion but until recently I discovered it doesn't taste bag at all and actually dates tastes like toffee or caramel when made into desserts ..
انا كلش مو من محبين التمر ، اي احد يقترح علي اجرب حلو بالتمر بالعادة اسوي نفسي ماسمع لانه مادري احس مافيه شي يديد المهم الفترة الاخيرة غيرت هالنظرة اكتشفت انه طعم التمر بالحلو يصير شي ثاني شي يشابه الكاراميل او التوفي وماله علاقه بطعم التمر العادي
So yeah to make a long story short, we got Gardenia's Bakery Sticky Date pudding, the presentation is different than any other date pudding I've tried before.
بدون لا اطول بالكلام، فيه مخبز يديد طلبنا منه بودينج التمر قلنا خل نجربه وشكله شوي غير المالوف
It comes in the shape of balls, infused with bits of pecans and a toffee sauce on the side to reheat prior to consumption.. Excellent to say the least..
The balls were soft and tasty, full of flavour so drizzle a bit of the toffee and finish off with a scoop of vanilla icecream on the side..
شكل البودينغ جنه كور وفيه حبات جوز ، ومعاه صلصه توفي المفروض تتسخن قبل الاكل . اول ماشفته حسبالي كوكيز بس الكور مدورة وناعمة على عكس الكوكيز
وايد لذيذة والكور ترفة وجربته مع ايس كريم فانيلا حسيت يلوق معاه
