So I've celebrated my 21st birthday a couple of weeks ago, yes 21st as I just mentioned don't roll your eyes at me.. Anyways my family seems to go blank when my birthday comes since I do the suggestions of ordering desserts everyweek..
Our choice that week was Neq9a; their pistachio berries cake, which came in two layers surprisingly huge for it's moderate price..
The frosting was cream cheese frosting, not overpowering I must assure..
The cake itself is pistachio sponge cake, not too sweet which balances out perfectly with the sweetness of the berries along with the crushed bits of pistachio on top..
Along with bits of berries blended into the frosting between the layers..
Verdict ; we sure loved itt..
The ingredients were fresh, tasty and presentation was appealing ..
